Sand bagging is an all american slang that I hear a lot and eventually decided to look up at urban dictionary.com and ended up enriching myself with very interesting description of it and of many other terms and acronyms. I am quoting some of the interesting definitions I came across there:

Toilet with a view

I had the pleasure of flying on Scandinavian Air and love the view that came with the toilet though I did make sure no one was peeping at 35,000 feet before i used it.
