Post Mortem on wheel

Camber is the measurement of how perpendicular the wheel is to the ground. This is an important specification. Most cars will have a slight negative camber. This is to make sure the car has more control during braking and also to make sure the car goes straight..An analogy of this will be skiing..when you ski, you tend to dig in and make sure the inner blades have more pressure in the snow by bending your knees. This gives you more control and also makes you go straight...exaclty same principle.

So why I am saying all this is..the wheel that went flat looked precarious..i mean it was already flat but what I meant was it gave me clues that the other tires are gonna go any moment. The inner rim wore out much faster and basically ate the rubber to its steel radials. The Negative cambering might be a little too steep and thus prematurely wearing the inner edge.

I brought Mambamobile to a tire shope to get the tires replaced..the other tires were also cracking, etc...sigh..$400 was the damage..

If I didnt make that stupid mistake on the stocks...this would have been covered in my earnings..!
